DVD ---> CD (audio only)...?

Howdy,

Is there something out there that would allow me to take
audio from a DVD and burn that file onto a CD?

Xmpeg can extract audio from DVD. You can use your favourite CD burning
application to burn the extracted wav or mp3 to an audio cd.
