Duplicating Messages in Outlook

I keep getting duplicating messages in my in box - instead
of just one message - my Outlook 2000 keeps duplicating
the message. How do I fix this?
 
Turn off your AV scanning of mail.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
