Duplicates

I have two columns of 200 names in each column. Some of
the names are in both columns. How can I identify if one
of the names is in both columns. Thanks

Assuming data in A1:A100 and B1:B200, enter this formula in e.g. C1:

=IF(OR(COUNTIF(B$1:B1,B1)>1,COUNTIF($A$1:$A$20,B1)=0),"","Duplicates")

or

=IF(OR(COUNTIF(B1:B$20,B1)>1,COUNTIF($A$1:$A$20,B1)=0),"","Duplicates")


then drag and fill down to C200
