duplicates in the Folder list

Outook 2002 is showing Outlook Today twice in the Folder List.

Where should I look to find out what is happening?

Sounds like you have a corrupted mail profile and needs to be recreated;

I have already created a new profile. It won't connect to Hotmail. (See
thread Hotmail: 'The service is currently unavailable.') I would really
prefer to fix this one.
