I am looking for a good and free tool which can help me

Thank in advance.

Start->Search->For Files and Folders->
Enter *.* for search pattern
Click the dropdown menu "Look in" and
select 'browse' to set where you want the
search to start.
Click 'Advanced options'->'SearchSubfolders
(as 2 or more files with the same name cannot
exist in one folder)
click 'Search now'

click the column 'Name' and you should see
duplicates if they exist, but be aware that some
system files do exist in more than one place,
by design e.g. in their install folder and in a
cache = so leave these alone!
