Duplicate when applying rules

I have set up rules to move e-mail coming from certain
people to particular folder. The rules are being applied
successfully but the mail is getting duplicated when it
reaches the destination folder, whereas if the rule is
taken out everything is normal.
 
Does each rule end with the "stop processing more rules" command?
