Duplicate records

Good evening,

I use Windows XP Pro and Access XP Pro (2003).

I have a table with some duplicate records. I want to create a query that
will select the records; however, I want only one copy of any duplicate
records selected.

How do I write this query??

You can try creating a Distinct query. When you're creating the query, take
a look at the Properties window associated with the query. The 5th and 6th
entries should be "Unique Values" and "Unique Records" respectively. Take a
look in the Help file to decide which of the two options you want.
