Duplicate Personal Folders

I hope someone in this forum may help with this problem.

I am having some issues with Outlook 2003. I do not know how it happened but
I have several 'Personal Folders' in my mail view and would like to clean
this up.

I have tried to uninstall/reinstall Outlook as well as the entire office
suite several times to no avail.

My question is, how can I set "all" of the Outlook Preferences back to
factory defaults (as if it was just installed for the first time). TIA.
 
Rather depends on how you did this and whether the extra folders contain any
data that you still want.
