Duplicate Form Name Issue

While modiying an index page I get this message. There is a suggestion that
"ctl0" is the problem. How does one eliminate the problem?

Give one of them another name.
You shouldn't be using name for forms. Use ID instead.

What has ISA got to do with Frontpage?

Open the page in FP and change to code view. Look for <form and then the
name attribute in the form tag.
