When I reply to an email the recipients always receive duplicates. However,
when I initiate the email duplicates are not received. Any suggestions?

Did the senders list their email addresses twice if you add up the To: line
and
the Cc: line?

Go to Tools, Accounts, and verify that there isn't a duplicate account.

If that is not the case, make sure you are not running a non-compatible
antivirus such as McAfee or Norton.

I do not have a duplicate account. I have McAffe, it came with a 30 day
trial which I am getting rid of. Thanks very much

Do get rid of McAfee as soon as possible, before it does more
damage to your Windows Mail. Windows Mail is not compatible
with most McAfee or Norton security programs. Those will need
to be uninstalled, not just disabled.

After uninstalling your non-compatible antivirus, download
and install a more compatible antivirus like the free Avast:

Even compatible antivirus programs will need to have their
email scanning option turned off. For more on this topic see
