Duplicate email in Outlook 2003 w/sp2 already installed

Is there not a fix for this issue? I've read most of the posts and there is
nothing to suggest this issue has been resolved. This occurs on a XP sp2
machine with a fresh installation of Office 2k3 with sp2.
