duplicate e-mails

My sent e-mails are always received in duplicate. Why would Mail send two
copies of my e-mails and how do I stop it? Family and friends are always
glad to hear from me, but are sure that I am senile!!!

Go to tools menu>accounts>and ensure that you do not have a duplicate
account set up, if so remove one of them.
