Duplicate Contacts in Outlook 2007

I have deleted duplicate contacts until I am blue in the face. I even
deleted my complete contact folder to try and stop the duplicate problem. I
don 't even need this program except to transfer contacts to my Blackberry
Pearl 8130. so I am REALLY frustrated. Can anybody help me, please?!!

So how did you manage to create duplicate Contacts in the first place?
perhaps your syncing process with the Blackberry?

I am so Blackberry and Outlook illiterate it could be a number of problems.
When I sync with the BB I click the 'do not sync duplicates', but that may
not mean anything. These programs seem to have a mind of their own.

Try this duplicate removal tool - it has helped me with O2003. It is not obvious to me whether it works with O2007

you can try the add-in for Outlook that is call Duplicates Remover for
Outlook. it can remove duplicates from contacts folders as well as in tasks,
calendar, notes. this add-in is fully compatible with Outlook 2007. Here is
