Hello all!
From time to time individuals update their personal contact list by copying
all the contacts from the public contact folder to their personal contact
list. In the past (before Outlook 2003), when Outlook saw duplicate names it
would warn and provide the choice to update/overwrite the existing contact
information. With Outlook 2003 it just makes duplicates of all the
addresses.
This only occurs when copying from the public folders, if copied from any
other contact list, duplicates are reported.
Any insight would be appreciated!
