Duplicate calendars

We are using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 5.5. People
share calendars and we have a big problem with
duplication and misidentified calendars. One users
calendar shows up to the other users in duplicate and
there are differences between the duplicate calendars -
appointments showing on one that are not on the other.
I'm also told that now some calendars are showing up
without a name or for the wrong person. Any ideas?

The way this is setup - I have shared the inbox and
calendars for particular users. They are set up to
recieve everything to their inbox. They all pull down
their own POP3 email. I hope someone has a fix. Thanks

I don't know what you mean by duplicate calendars - how are the other users
accessing the shared folders? file | open | other user's folder?
Do you mean there are duplicate items in a single calendar?

.
No, the duplication I mean is this. In each user's
Exchange properties I have given access to the calendars
of key people that are scheduled for the company. Those
calendars show up on the left in a list of available
calendars with check boxes for the user to select if they
want to view that calendar. Starting a few days ago a
second calendar shows up for the user Brad. It isn't just
a duplicate. Because although it has most of the entries
of the main calendar, it has extra entries that the
correct calendar doesn't have.
