dublicate name error

I cant log on to my office network. Just before log in, I
get the error messag/

A DUBLICATE NAME EXIST ON NETWORK.

Has anyone ideas to what i can do...

try changing your computers name (right click "my
computer"/properties/computer name tab.)You could also
turn your pc off and use somebody elses to ping your own
computer name to confirm that there is a duplicate out
there.
