Dublicate contacts in BCM

Hi
It seems like a new contact is created each time i copy a contcat from
"contacts" to BCM 'business contacts' - how can I turn this feature off and
update the existing information?

Alternatively - can I check my contacts for dublicate entrys?

From what I can see I need to do the following to send a mail to several
people in my contcacts:

1. DELETE the catagorized people from BCM (to avoid dublicate)
2. Copy the contcats from contacts to BCM
3. Now I can right-click in BCM and send to all

As of #1 seems like a rather dangerouse path too follow... is this how it is
to work??

I'm not quite sure where you are coming from with your questions.

In the general case, once BCM is installed, its business contacts and
accounts folders are for storing your customers, and the Outlook
Contacts folder is for any other types of contacts--friends, family,
colleagues. Rather than copying contacts from Outlook Contacts to BCM
Business Contacts, you could move them.
