Dual Windows XP / Clock Resets

Hi,

I have recently added a second hard disk to my PC so I can boot from one of
two Windows XP installations. As soon as the new XP was installed, the system
clock of both XP installations now always starts with the last time the new
XP was running. For example, the last time I booted into the new XP was 13th
August. Everytime I load the original XP it starts with the date as 13th. I
always change it but it resets back to the 13th on the next boot. If I keep
running the original XP long enough, the clock will even be reset back to the
13th after a couple of hours.

When I boot into the new XP that will be the date used when I next boot into
the original XP.

I have entered the BIOS and the clock is static and does not move. Does
anyone know if this is a hardware or a dual boot problem?

Thanks in advance,

Aaron

Hi Aaron,

Make sure that the Computer is set to obtain the time from
time.windows.com in each operating system. It should be Dynamic not Static.
