dual screens and applications

Is there a way of controlling which screen
new windows (i.e., IE browser) are to appear in, when I
have multiple screens ?(win xp)

if you have an nvidea card yest there is. Download the nvidea update
from microsoft.

maybe the new version of multimonitor also? download searching for it in
google. Works with any card
