I have a dual operating system set up on my computer
(Windows XP Pro and Windows Server 2003). I know there
must be a simple answer to my question but "how do I
uninstall the Windows Server 2003 operating system to
totally get it off my machine and off the boot option
screen?

Remove Windows 2003 Server from the BOOT.INI file, then restart the
computer. Windows XP should start automatically. Now manually delete
the Windows 2003 Server files from the HDD.
