Dual Monitor

I have two video cards installed and want to run dual display. The main card is a "NVIDIA GeForce 2" and the second card is a "ATI Rage 128 GL". All the drivers are installed, but the second card the "ATI" keeps giving me an error of "Code 10" and that it will not work.

Why can I not run this. I could in Win ME.
 
just a thought......i'm assuming one is a pci and the other is agp? have
you tied to change you BIOS to allow the pci to boot first?

i've also read the nvidia and ati don't "play nice" together?
 
They are both PCI cards.
