Dual-monitor, task bar switching monitors for no reason!

I have Vista x64 installed here, dual-monitor setup.

For no obvious reason (to me...), from time to time (this seems to happen
when I switch users...), my task bar has moved to the second monitor when I
come back to User One.

I can see it is still ''locked'', so I unlock it, move it back to monitor 1.
and re-lock it. Then, if I go to USER 2, I might once again see that task
bar had moved to Monitor 2... I unlock and take it back to Monitor 1...

Is there anything I am missing here ?...
