Dual Monitor Display in a Terminal Session

Is there a way to extend your desktop to a second monitor from within a
Terminal Session??

Unfortunately a RDP session does not support multiple monitors. The
session window itself can be stretched across multiple monitors if it
is not in Full Screen mode but it does not support multiple monitors
within the session.
