everytime my computer restarts(either power outage or i manually restart
it), the taskbar shows dual sets of icons. Sometimes i can get it fixed,
other times it refuses to work right, i'm curious how i can get it set to not
do this everytime, or just an easy way to fix it when it does. here's a
picture of what the problem looks like.
