Dual CPU, 2nd CPU not showing

I have an old Compaq Proliant 1600, dual PII350. I have
installed XP Pro for testing and can only see 1 CPU in
task manager.
Please help..

Open task manager,select View, select CPU History, select one graph per
CPU
