Hi everyone
What is the difference between a dual core and core2duo?
Pls explain.

Regards

Core2Duo is the later version. I've seen reports that there is about a 5%
increase in speed over Core Duo.

Do you mean Core Duo vs. Core 2 Duo?
Both are dual core. I.e. two cpus in a single socket. Core Duo is
32-bit only. Core 2 Duo is 64-bit and usually has twice as much L2
cache (typically 4 MB vs 2 MB for Core Duo), except for certain low
power versions.
