Dual booting

I have Windows XP Home as my OS and i want to set up my pc so it will dual
boot with Windows Server 2003, i think i need to repartition my hard drive
then install the new os onto that partition but how do i actually go about
doing it ?

First...back up all your data.

Next use a third party non-destructive re-partitioning tool such as
Partition Magic
