Dual booting!

Installing W2k3R2 will wipe out the Vista boot code. It will setup a single
boot (maybe a dual boot with XP?) to W2k3R2. You can install either
VistaBootPro or EasyBCD in W2k3R2 and restore the Vista boot sector. You can
use the same program to setup a boot to a legacy OS. You would edit the
boot.ini for the legacy OS to include both XP and W2k3R2. Booting to Vista
would give you two choices: Vista and Legacy OS. Picking Legacy OS would
then allow you to pick between XP and W2k3R2.

Easiest way to add the 2k3R2 if you can install on a drive that isn't your
system drive, is to change your boot priority to the new drive, install the
OS, change the boot priority back to the original system drive as it is now,
and edit the boot.ini to add the 2k3R2.
