dual booting xp mce and vista

[help me]

ok i know how to do a dual boot after xp mce installed my question is
however i have vista preinstalled on my pc but i want xp to how can i do
this. btw i cant install xp then vista cos my restore disk re formats the
HDD ! so xp needs to be installed after vista
