How do you add a Linux partition to Vista's start menu with bcdedit?

Vistaboot Pro gives you the option, but I never got it to work.
If you install Linux after you have installed Vista, the linux
bootloader (LILO or GRUB) wil give you the option to start windows,
effectively loading the Vista bootloader.

Or you can use a 3rd party boot manager like BootIt NG (BING). In this
case you have to get Linux to put LILO/GRUB on the boot sector of the
root partition, rather than in the MBR. Then BING can boot Linux the
same way it boots Windows.
