Dual Boot with single domain

I want to install winXP and win 2000 profesional to my
computer. to conectng computer to the domain (dns) can i
use same computer name for both o/s

If you add the computer to the domain with the same name than the computer
you add last is going to work and the first one will not. There will be two
different machine passwords and sid/rid for each installation. in AD there
will only be one object and it can only have one sid/rid or machine
password. i don't mean to disagree with Ace but i don't see how it would be
possible. In Dns you could have one name and one Ip for the same computer.
that should be no problem.
