Dual boot W2k?W98 ?

Hi, I am running Win 2000 Pro on a 60GB harddisk- two partiotions:
OS and data.

I am thinking of adding a 2nd harddisk (40GB) as slave and running
Win 98Se (so can run some older games).

How should I go about this?

Will I have a dual boot menu (win98, win 2000) later?

Must I re-install Win 2000 pro again after I installed the win 98SE ?

TIA !

What type of partition is Win2000 installed on - FAT32 or NTFS?

I just noticed that you multi-posted the same question two days
ago, and that you did not reply to any of the responses. Please
do not multi-post - it wastes everybody's time, and please do
read ALL the replies.

This is the question I asked you two days ago in the .hardware group . . .
As I said before: please take the time to learn about cross-posting,
to avoid wasting people's time with multi-posting.

About your technical question: You must use a third-party boot loader.
I recommend you do this:
- Get a copy of XOSL (free!)
- Create an 8 MByte FAT partition for XOSL at the far end of
your second disk.
- Boot the machine with a Win98 boot disk (www.bootdisk.com)
- Install XOSL.
- Boot the machine off the hard disk.
- Add Win2000 to the XOSL boot menu.
- Format the remainder of the second disk to FAT32.
- Boot the machine with your Win98 CD and install Win98.
- Boot the machine off the hard disk.
- Add Win98 to the XOSL boot menu.
