Dual boot problem

Tim

I have set up a dual boot system. I just loaded XP into a
partition but cannot load Win2K which is in a seperate
partition. When I try to boot Win2K I get a message -
Windows could not start because the following file is
missing or corrupt: <Windows root>\system32\hal.dll. In
what directory can I find this file? How do I replace it?
