dual boot, no cd?

I bought a pc from tiny, with windows xp already installed, and would like to
dual boot it with windows 98se (of the old (dead) pc). but i dont have the
windows install cd.

is it possible to use a oem disc with my windows key (on the box), and how
do i get a oem disc?

i heard they should put a seperate partition on the disc but there isnt one
on my disc, isnt tiny obliged to give me a bootable copy? either on the disc
or seperate? they tried to charge me for a boot cd but isnt this against uk
law, making me pay twice for a product?

thanks for any support

Any manufacturer is obliged by the terms of their OEM Windows Licence to
give the buyer a method of returning the machine to the state it left
the factory. You should have had instructions with the machine on how to
do this. (It's normally a hidden partition by the way, which is why you
can't see it). In these circumstances, they are able to levy a charge
for an additional CD.
