Dual Boot Labeling

Partitioned and installed two copies of Win2000. At start up, bios
asks which copy to install. Both lines read "Microsoft Windows 2000
Professional" Is there a way to add or change this text to customize
these lines. Regards,

You can change the labels for the boot loader by editing c:\boot.ini

Can't help myself; I have to ask what we're all wondering:
Why did you set up a multi-boot with the SAME OS?

I can think of a few reasons why you'd want to setup two copies of the same
OS. Installing alpha or beta test software on one, and a production
installation on the other would be my first guess.

Well, as y'all were wondering!

Use sensitive trading software on one which on boot up, collects much
overnight data automatically, (while sleeping) auto imports this
data and starts the the charting software. Second is for my research,
email accounts and general browsing. Thinking of a third (win98)for my
wife and kids too eBay on (the verb). This setup will only be used when
traveling and only on my laptop.

BTW Will, thanks for your post...
