DUA hates me.

I'm sure of it. I can get my .dup file using internet explorer on my
embedded machine, but all I get from DUA is ERROR_WINHTTP_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED.
It doesn't matter if I use IP or host name, if I specify my proxy in DUA or
let it pull the proxy from the registry. I've tried just about every
combination of settings in the registry other than going to HTTPS. I've been
through all the DUA docs on msdn to no avail. Does anybody have any other
ideas?

Found the solution. It doesn't quite make sense, but I post it in case
anyone else has this problem.

Although IE could resolve my proxy's IP and connect to the internet, DUA was
unable to (or wouldn't to spite me). Changing the proxy in lan settings to
the proxy's IP and not its name fixed the problem.
