DST Issue

I am having an issue. I had a client manually move his time ahead for the DST
issue. He then calls me and asks if I can come apply the patch. I apply the
patch per microsoft and now his PC keeps jumping 1 hour ahead. He is using
Windows XP SP2. What gives

Did you set his timezone back to the proper one? Sounds like he's using a
timezone one hour ahead of what it should be, and Windows is automatically
adjusting the time for that timezone.
