DrWatson giving hell

I cant rightclick or delete (nor rename)a file(s) or folder(s).
I get this error message all the time and then system freezes.
DrWatson Postmortem Debugger has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Can sb help?
