DRW problem - Upgrade to FP2003

As a last resort... Does anyone know if the problems is SP3 have the same
disastrous effect if I "upgrade" from FP2002 to FP2003? Because, although
hand coding is a solution, I do not have time to recode DRW's on 3 sites in
dozens of pages because of the update bugs.

Only other solution might be a complete reinstall and miss off SP3 but then
the web server has MS updates on it to so...will FP2003 solve the problem!!

TBMK FP2003 does not have the same DRW problems
If you Uninstall FP 2002, and use the Windows Installer Cleaner (to make sure it is all uninstalled)

Then reinstall FP2002 w/ SP 1&2 you should be back to where you were before SP3
