How do I create a dropdown listing of the 5 last files I used on my word
processor and/or spreadsheet?

How do I create a dropdown listing of the 5 last files I used on my word
processor and/or spreadsheet?

Don

In most Office programs, whether these should be displayed and the number
of recent files to be displayed can be set in Options or Preferences menus.
For example, in Word 2003: Tools> Options> General.
