Dropdown List

I'm having a problem with my drop down lists. Just installed .NET 2003 and am
trying to convert my applications. I have 3 dropdown lists on a form 1 works
the way a drop down should. The other 2 when you click the arrow follow the
mouse around the screen. In other words a box appears around the selections
in the list and if you move the mouse anywhere on the screen it follows it up
or down the list. You cannot type the first character of a selection and have
it go to it. Does any one have any ideas I'm at a loss.

I tried it, however gives normal behaviour did you try this with a complete
clean project and clean form?

No, I used the project that was created with dot net 2000 which worked
correctly. The thing I don't understand is that two of the dropdowns do not
work and one does on the same form.
