Drop Down menus

For some strange reason my drop down menus on Explorer 6
have started showing only my most common / resently used
items with an arrow at the bottom showing there are more
choices available. HOW do I get it to always display the
full menu list? I know how to do this on other MS
applications but can't find it here.
 
Do you mean in the Favorites menu? If so...

IE-Tools-Internet Options-Advanced
The option is "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu"
