Drop Down Menus

How can I fix my dropdown menus (i.e. File, View, Favorites etc...) to where they show the complete list. Right now, when I open them, it shows a partial list with arrows at the bottom to click on to expand the list. How can I get it to just show the entire drop down list? Thanks!

Tools | Internet Options | Advanced
Uncheck the option to enable personalized favorites.
