Noticed recently: Internet Options, drop down menu, "apply button" does not
work. OK and CANCEL still function properly. Have not change any setting
since this problem began. Need Help! Thank You
 
Hi,

If you open IE and have not done anything to the settings then the APPLY
button will be disabled and will be enabled only when you make some changes
in the dialog box.
