How to create a linkable drop down menu using layers and
behaviors in Frontpage 2003

Briefly:

1. Create a layer for each main menu item.
2. Create a layer for each drop-down menu. The menu
itself will probably be a table.
3. Use absolute positioning to line up the main menu
items and the drop-down menus.
4. For each main menu item, set up behaviors to make
its drop-down menu visible and all other drop-down
menus invisible.
