All of a sudden all my drop down menu boxes have become transparent. The
only way to see the choices is to mouse over the menu. How do I restore them
back to the way they were? VISIBLE!! I am running Windows XP Pro on an Ibm
300Pl computer.

Thanks - All help would be appreciated. Telguy99!!

I got hit bu a trojan & before I disconnected it made my menus this way. I
hope this solution works

I had a similar problem when working with Outlook. I did the following to
kill the invisible menus:

Start>Settings>Control Panel>System>Advanced>Performance

1) In "Visual Effects" tab, click "Custom".
2) Unckeck "Fade or slide menus into view".
3) Click "Apply"
4) Click "OK"
5) Click again "OK".
6) Start (restart if it was open) the Office program not working propertly.

If it didn't work you could try:

Start>Settings>Control Panel>System>Advanced>Performance

1) In "Visual Effects" tab, click "Adjust for best performance".
2) Click "Apply"
3) Click "OK"
4) Click again "OK".
5) Start (restart if it was open) the Office program not working propertly.

Hope you solve your problem one way or another.
