Hello,

I recently got Windows XP Pro and have discovered that when I go to a drop
down list, hitting a letter (T for example) no longer takes me to the first
item in the list that begins with that letter. This used to work fine on my
Windows 98SE machine. Anyone know why this doesn't work on XP? I have a
lot of drop down boxes in my website's admin site and it's a pain to have to
manually scroll. Thanks in advance.

Mark

I have XP Home, which only differs fro Pro in a few areas, and I do have the
feature you mention.

OK, just did a test and it works using Netscape 7.0 but not with IE 6.0.
Must be an IE 6.0 issue. Anyone know if there is a setting somewhere to
activate this feature?

It works for me in IE as well.
