Drop down lists

How do I create a drop-down list in a Word Document? When a user goes into a
specific form, I want them to be able to choose from a list of choices for a
specific question on the form.
 
Insert a dropdown form field from the Forms toolbar. See
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/FillinTheBlanks.htm and especially
the forms tutorials by Dian Chapman that this article links to.
