Help! I am trying to add a drop down list to word. I created a new template,
went through the forms toolbar and clicked on add Drop Down Form Field, then
Drop Down Form Field Options, added items and clicked Ok. Now the box is
there, but the first item shows up in a gray box, with no arrow and the only
way to see the other options is to double click on the box, and then the Drop
Down Form Field Options box opens again. What step am I missing?
