Drop Down List in a cell

I seem to remember being able to create in excel a drop
down list in a cell. For instance, I could create a list
that would have an arrow to the right where I could
choose from a list. If I had a column heading named Race
for instance, I would have a drop down in each cell where
I could choose "Caucasian, Black, Asian" etc. I know I
have done this in the past but I just can't remember how
I did it. Could someone please help me. I don't think I
used the forms toolbar to create the dropdown list.
